Biography

Since entering the environmental consulting field in 2006, Tom has concentrated his career on the environmental assessment of commercial and industrial real estate. Tom’s experience includes Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments, underground storage tank removal and corrective actions, and associated site remediation services. In this role, Tom has partnered with hundreds of lenders, developers, and individual property owners and purchasers to quantify and evaluate environmental risk on the way to successful property transactions.
